February 17, 2011, Hong Kong － Fantasia Holdings Group., Limited (“Fantasia” or “the Company”, HKSE stock code 1777) announced sales performance in January, 2011. The Company recorded contract sales of RMB 429 million, posting a year-on-year growth of 169%. Contract sales from two urban complexes, namely Chengdu Meinian International Plaza and Chengdu Future Plaza, accounted for approximately 40% of the total contract sales in January 2011.

 

As of January 31, 2011, Fantasia’s total land bank in terms of planned gross floor area amounted to 13.94 million square meters, and the attributable land bank in terms of planned gross floor area amounted to 13.88 million square meters. Among the total land bank, the planned gross floor area with land use right titles was 8.92 million square meters, of which urban commercial complexes represent 42%.
