5 July 2011, Hong Kong – Fantasia Holdings Group Co., Limited (“Fantasia” or “the Company”, HKSE stock code 1777) announced its sales performance in June 2011. The Company recorded contract sales of RMB920 million and gross floor area (GFA) of 85, 377 square meters sold, posting a year-on-year growth of 100% and 193%. As of 30 June 2011, the Company recorded cumulative contract sales of RMB3.4 billion and GFA of approximately 350,000 square meters, representing a year-on-year growth of 144% and 198%. The cumulative contract sales already amounted to 57% of 2011’s full year sales target of RMB6 billion.

In June, Fantasia reached its highest monthly sales record thus far in 2011, totaling more than RMB900 million. This record is attributable to the impressive sales performance of a number of projects in June. The main driving force for sales continues to come from the Company’s urban complexes, which are less affected by austerity measures. The sales of projects, including Shenzhen Meinian International Complex, Guilin Fantasia Town, Chengdu Funian Plaza, Chengdu Meinian International Plaza, Chengdu Future Plaza, Tianjin Hailrun Plaza and Tianjin Future Plaza, accounted for approximately 62% of the total sales in June. Specifically, the sales of Shenzhen Meinian International Plaza amounted to over RMB180 million in June. This project alone has made a sales record of RMB650 million in two months’ time from its launch in April to 30 June. Being the first urban complex project in Guilin, Guilin Fantasia Town’s first phase of 90 retail units sold out on its debut day, with a sales record of approximately RMB100 million, demonstrating Fantasia’s strong sales performance in Guilin. The launch of the LOFT office units in Chengdu Funian Plaza were also nearly sold out in June.

Fantasia’s boutique upscale residence projects also recorded good sales performance. Wuxi Love Forever launched its first phase of townhouse units and was also sold out on the debut day. The GFA sold in the project is ranked number one in Wuxi new district and is ranked number two in Wuxi city during its debut week. The townhouse units of Dongguan Wonderland and apartment units of Chengdu Grand Valley are also sought after by local and Shenzhen customers.

In July, Fantasia is expected to launch three new projects or add more units within existing projects, including detached townhouse units of Suzhou Lago Paradise, additional units of mini sky-houses of Wuxi Love Forever, and apartments of Chengdu Funian Plaza.
