Fantasia Announces Contract Sales of RMB254 million for February

5 March 2012, Hong Kong - Fantasia Holdings Group Co., Limited (“Fantasia” or “the Company”, Stock Code: 1777) today announced its sales results for February 2012. Fantasia recorded contract sales of approximately RMB254 million and gross floor area (“GFA”) sold of 34,309 square meters, representing an increase of 12% and 47% year-on-year respectively. As of 29 February 2012, the Company recorded cumulative contract sales for 2012 of approximately RMB343 million and GFA sold of 44,852 square meters.

In February, with the downward adjustment of the required reserve ratio as well as the return of property price level, the inelastic demand suppressed before the Chinese New Year was gradually released. The trading volume across the country increased to a certain extent as compared with January.

Early this month, the Company seized the opportunity in window period of the sales market after the Chinese New Year to carry out sales promotion by pinpointing the normal residential unit. Several projects including Chengdu Fantasia Town, Dongguan Mont Conquerant, Huizhou Special Town and Wuxi Love Forever, recorded a result of exceeding the monthly sales target. Meanwhile, the Company applied flexible sales and marketing on the office projects in accordance to the budget pre-set by the corporate clients. Projects including the Tianjin Future Plaza recorded sales popularity.

During mid to late February, the Company commenced the plan ”Genial Spring”. Multiple preferential purchasing terms were launched in ten cities and 22 projects on the national layout. Furthermore, an innovative sales model of “house inspection and transaction travel scheme” was initiated. By virtue of the Company’s brand reputation and customer loyalty, off-site investment demand was enhanced. As of presence the market responded actively to the promotion.

There will be three projects launched in March, consisting of brand-new project and additionally released units, including the one additionally released LOFT apartment at Dali Human Art Wisdom, one additionally released upper level house unit at Dongguan Wonderland, and brand newly launched Shenzhen Funian Plaza.

In February, the Shenzhen Biennale of Urbanism and Architecture Organizer Committee awarded Fantasia as “Chief Sponsor” to honour the Company’s achievement on fulfilling the corporate social responsibility. From 2005 to 2011, the Company has sponsored the Hong Kong and Shenzhen Bi‐City Biennale of Urbanism\Architecture for four consecutive times, with accumulated capital contributions of RMB5 million in total.
