Fantasia Announced Contract Sales of RMB227 Million for February

On 5 March 2014, Hong Kong, Fantasia Holdings Group Co., Limited (hereafter as ‘‘Fantasia’’ or the ‘‘Company’’; stock code: 1777) announced the sales performance of the Company for February 2014. Fantasia recorded contract sales of approximately RMB227 million and GFA sold of approximately 41,732 square meters. As on 28 February 2014, the Company recorded accumulated contract sales of approximately RMB396 million and accumulated GFA sold of approximately 69,982 square meters.

 

According to the statistics from relevant institutions, under the influence of the Chinese Lunar New Year holidays, transactions in the property market of 54 major cities in the PRC decreased significantly in February, representing a year-on-year decrease as compared with the same period in 2013. Leveraging the opportunity of large numbers of migrant workers returning home for the Spring Festival, the Company continued to focus on its products with rigid demand. Such products, like Guilin Fantasia Town, Huizhou Fantasia Special Town and Huizhou Love Forever, all recorded good sales, and Chengdu Fantasia Town recorded a subscription of over 100 units in particular.

 

In March, the Company will launch “Fragrance of Fantasia in China---Purchase in 20 Property Projects in 15 Cities is Entitled to Five Presents” (「花香中國——15城20盤購房樂享5重禮」), an activity aimed at integrating the property projects across the nation in order to strengthen relevant marketing activities. In the meantime, the Company will organize the community activities named “Fantasia” and kick off the “Fun Run for Chinese Public Welfare Fund” (「樂跑中國公益基金百里行」), which will display the “interesting, tasteful and colorful” brand image andconcept in the public welfare project of the Company.

 

On 10 February, the Company announced that it became the successful bidder of the land use rights of three land parcels in Gaochun District, Nanjing City with the floor price of RMB410.9 million, equivalent to a unit land cost of RMB1,275/sq.m. The three land parcels are for commercial use with an area of approximately 160,000 square meters and total planned GFA of approximately 322,000 square meters. Nanjing has been listed in the new batch of first-tier cities in the nation, and the land acquisition signals the Company’s continued expansion in the land reserve in the first-tier cities. Such project is expected to be completed and sold in the market within the year, which will improve the results for the year.

 

At the end of February, the Company was awarded the “Special Contribution Award” and was honored as the “Leading Sponsor” by the committee of the Bi-City Biennale of Urbanism\Architecture (Shenzhen). The Company has sponsored the Bi-City Biennale of Urbanism\Architecture (Shenzhen) for five consecutive sessions, a contribution to the development of public art.
