4 January 2013, Hong Kong – Fantasia Holdings Group Co., Limited (“Fantasia” or “the Company”, Stock Code: 1777) announced its sales results for December 2012. Fantasia recorded contract sales of approximately RMB 839 million and gross floor area (“GFA”) sold of 103,841 square meters, representing a year-on-year increase of 64% and 74% respectively. As of 31 December 2012, the Company recorded accumulated contract sales of approximately RMB8.014 billion and GFA sold of 959,905 square meters. Fantasia has completed 111 percent of 2012 yearly target of RMB 7.2 billion.

Even annual sales target was basically completed in November, the Company continued to implement flexible sales strategy in December, to sustain the hot selling momentum, driving the company to realize great annual sales performance of over RMB8 billion.  For instance, more than 70 percent of the additional launched rigid demand products of Dongguan Wonderland were sold in December.  The sales of other rigid demand products such as Huizhou Fantasia Special Town, Guilin Fantasia Town and Chengdu Fantasia Town ranked top tier in the respective local markets.  Furthermore, the Company’s commercial products continued to be appealing to top customers. Each of Chengdu Future Plaza, Chengdu Funian Plaza, Shenzhen Fortune Plaza recorded single contract sales of over RMB ten million.  Improved products achieved great sales performance as well, for example, more than 90 percent of the additional launched Mini Villa suites of Chengdu Grande Valley were sold in December. Whilst,Guilin Lakeside Eden, with higher quality and scarcity landscape, was popular to high-end customers.

In January, Chengdu MIC Plaza (formerly known as Meinian International Plaza) will launch the first Mini serviced hardbound office in Chengdu.

Rhombus Fantasia Chengdu Hotel was officially opened on 28 December 2012.  The Hotel is the first five-star all-suite hip hotel invested by the Company in Western China and it is also the first flagship hotel of Rhombus International Hotels Group in China.  The Hotel emphasises modest luxury targeting fashion-oriented high-end customer segment which offers 185 spacious and uniquely designed suites integrated with the elements of fashion and art.  Since the trail operation commenced in March 2012, over 20 Chinese and foreign pop stars (celebrities) chose to stay in the Hotel, including Ms. Na Ying, Mr. Eason Chan, Ms. Jolin Tsai, Mr. Jam Hsiao, Mayday, Mr. Kim Hyun Joong, Far East Movement and etc., in a sense that Rhombus Fantasia Chengdu Hotel has become a veritable "star hotel" in Chengdu. Meanwhile, the Hotel is also well supported by the Government, the Chinese and foreign enterprises.

The First Southern Guangdong Voluntary Service "Cotton Tree Award" in recognition of the General Assembly and the Second Guangdong Charity Volunteer Cultural Festival, and the Volunteer Service Exchange Conference in Guangzhou held on 5 December 2012 (the 27th International Volunteer Day), with the efforts and achievements of substantial years of active participation in caring the migrant children volunteer services, the Company was granted the award of “Communist Youth League of caring the migrant children volunteer services campaign partners “. In the next three years, the company will build 100 units of “Fantasia • Colorful cottages” in the 100 migrant children schools in all provincial-level administrative regions in China and will regularly organize the “ colorful classroom" activities to continue the caring campaign. In the early 2013, the first batch of 82 units of donated title “Fantasia Colorful cottages” is expected to be completed.
