Fantasia Announces Contract Sales of RMB 8.096 billion from January to November, exceeded 2012 Full-year Total Contract Sales Amount
3 December 2013, Hong Kong-Fantasia Holdings Group Co., Limited (“Fantasia” or “the Company”, Stock Code: 1777) announced its sales results for November 2013. Fantasia has achieved contract sales of approximately RMB14.0 billion and gross floor area (“GFA”) sold of approximately 165,216 square meters, up approximately 42.46% and 38.21%, respectively. As of 30 November 2013, Fantasia recorded accumulated contract sales of approximately RMB 8.096 billion and accumulated GFA sold of 1,097,839 square meters.
In November, Fantasia recorded a significant increase in sales, both QoQ and YoY. Among various types of products, sales of rigid-demand projects still remained prominent. For instance, Chengdu Fantasia Town, Huizhou Special Town and Ningbo Love Forever maintained their hot sales momentum as they did in last month and became major contributors to the sales performance.
In December, in addition to adequate available-for-sales inventory, Fantasia will launch 6 projects (mainly rigid-demand projects) such as Guilin Lakeside Eden, Guilin Fantasia Town, Chengdu Fantasia Town and Singapore Love Forever. Through the widening the marketing channel and enhancing sales efforts in December, the company is very confident to complete the full year sales target of RMB10 billion.
On November 17 and 18, Fantasia held 2013 Diamond Clients Acknowledgement Meeting and Suppliers Acknowledgement Meeting in Shenzhen Langham Hotel to extend its gratitude for the continuous supports from customers and suppliers. Through sightseeing, on-site experience and splendid evening parties, Fantasia had demonstrated its latest development idea and strategy and maintained good relationships with customers and suppliers.
On November 28, in virtue of the quality products, services provided to our customers in last year as well as the potential of its future development, Fantasia was awarded “2013 Best Choice of the Year Among Listed Companies” by Hong Kong Stock Analyst Association.
From November 27 to 30, Delicacy in China, a documentary produced by Fantasia and Shenzhen Fantasia Public Welfare Foundation, was first broadcasted in CCTV-2. Delicacy in China features traditional homemade food and story behind the makers, which captured pictures in Dali, Chengdu, Nanjing, Ningbo, Shanghai, and explored food craftsmen’s real life to disseminate tiny food craft in this great era.
