27 March 2013, Hong Kong – Fantasia Holdings Group Co., Limited (“Fantasia” or “the Company”, Stock Code: 1777) announced the acquisition of entire interest in Suzhou Yinzhuang Property Limited (“Suzhou Yinzhuang”) for RMB511 million. Upon completion of the deal, Fantasia will own two parcels of land with residential and commercial land use right. Both parcels of land are located in Huqiu district, Suzhou, Jiangsu province with the gross floor area (“GFA”) of 35,841 square meters and 37,218 square meters, respectively and with a total planned GFA of 199,865 square meters.

The parcels of land are located in the crossover of Shishan Road and Binhe Road in Suzhou, which lie in the central of the new district, closely connected, and enjoy the supreme location. The project covers the area with a wide range from the north to south reaching the Jinrong Street and a river, and from left to right reaching Huaihai Road and Binhe Road. The district provides with well-developed traffic system, good facilities and mature development conditions. It is planned to be developed as a high-end complex building, and thus become a new landmark of the new district.  The acquisition in Suzhou will further strengthen Fantasia’s land bank in the Yangtze River Delta region, which also mirrors its regional strategic adjustment, strong confidence and execution ability in returning first-tier and second-tier cities.

Fantasia has entered into the Yangtze River Delta region including Nanjing, Suzhou and Wuxi. The Company had projects such as Nanjing Yuhuatai, Suzhou Lago Paradise, Wuxi Love Forever and Hailrun Complex.
