Fantasia Announces Contract Sales of RMB890 million for September, up 26% YoY

5 October 2013, Hong Kong-Fantasia Holdings Group Co., Limited (“Fantasia” or “the Company”, Stock Code: 1777) announced its sales results for September 2013.  Fantasia has achieved contract sales of approximately RMB890 million and gross floor area (“GFA”) sold of approximately 135,611 square meters.  As of 30 September 2013, Fantasia recorded accumulated contract sales of approximately RMB5.63 billion and accumulated GFA sold of 735,303 square meters. 

In this month, various projects of the Company recorded increased sales through launching promotion campaigns.  Rigid-demand products constantly proved to be the chasing target in the market.  For instance, Suzhou Fantasia Special Town launched 600 units, which were almost sold out on the date of launch.  Huizhou Fantasia Special Town also witnessed prominent sales.  

In October, five projects will be launched, which mainly consist of rigid-demand projects including Guilin Fantasia Town, Chengdu Fantasia Town and Huizhou Fantasia Special Town.  Chengdu Longnian International Centre will launch Loft apartments while Suzhou Lago Paradise will launch vocational apartments.

 Shenzhen Colour Life Services Group 2013 Chengdu Brand Release Conference was successfully held on 11 September.  Officials of Colour Life presented the concept of Colour Life’s brand, “Service to Your Family”, on the conference, and demonstrated operation of community service platform Colour Life, Colour Cloud APP, allowing guests had direct experience of online to offline community service and management of Colour Life during the era of the Internet.  

 On 23 September, Shenzhen Fantasia Public Welfare Foundation participated the Second China Charity Fair.  Three major themes, namely art charity, education charity and senior housing charity were utterly showcased.  Meanwhile, Fantasia Public Welfare Foundation attracted numerous exhibition participants and charity organizations and was highly praised through providing various interactive activities, such as love sticky note, postcard express, volunteers recruitment and questionnaire of living space design suitable for senior housing.
