[Hong Kong, 25 November 2009] China’s leading property developer and property related service provider, Fantasia Holdings Group Co., Limited (“Fantasia” or the “Company, together with its subsidiaries the “Group”), commenced trading of its shares on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (“HKEx”) today.
Shares of Fantasia were actively traded with an intra day high of HK$2.45 per share and closing at HK$2.23 per share. A total of approximately 1.089 billion shares were traded, representing an aggregate turnover of approximately HK$2.537 billion. The Company and the selling shareholders raised aggregate gross proceeds of approximately HK$3.178 billion from the global offering, with the Company receiving net proceeds of approximately HK$2.446 billion.
